In Any Event UK is a leading, independent event management and venue finding agency, and weand#39;re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated Event Co-ordinator to join our growing team in Portishead.
Weand#39;re looking for someone who loves a challenge, has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and wants to be part of a team that makes amazing events happen!
From conferences and exhibitions to product launches and corporate events, youand#39;ll be involved in bringing a wide variety of events to life andndash; from the initial planning stages right through to being onsite and seeing it all come together.andnbsp;
THE ROLE
This is a varied, fast-paced and hands-on position where youand#39;ll be involved in:
- Event Planning andamp; Co-ordination andndash; Supporting the planning and delivery of conferences, exhibitions, corporate events and product launches.andnbsp;
- Delegate Registration andndash; Managing event registrations, booking systems, delegate communications and joining instructions.andnbsp;
- Event Logistics andndash; Liaising with venues and suppliers, organising event materials, signage, catering, accommodation and AV requirements.andnbsp;
- Client andamp; Supplier Relationships andndash; Communicating with clients, attending meetings and ensuring every detail is covered.andnbsp;
- Sponsorship andamp; Sales andndash; Supporting sponsorship sales, identifying opportunities and helping our clients maximise their events.andnbsp;
- Event Technology andndash; Working with our Eazybook registration platform, event apps and other exciting event technologies.
- Onsite Event Delivery andndash; Getting stuck in at live events, from setting up and welcoming delegates to supporting the smooth running of the day.andnbsp;
- Project Administration andndash; Keeping event plans, budgets, checklists and timelines organised and up to date.

Previous experience in events, hospitality, administration or customer service would be an advantage, but weand#39;re equally interested in finding someone with the right personality, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.andnbsp;

THE DETAILS
Location: Portishead andndash; Office Based
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility for event delivery, occasional evenings and travel.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.
