We've got an excellent role for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client on a fantastic site in Hertfordshire! This is a standout role if you're looking to avoid the commute into London, join a well known commercial provider and be part of a well experienced team!
This is a static role, following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pmandnbsp;
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, troubleshoot / fault find, work on mechanical systems, update site logbooks, liaise with contractors and respond to client needs.
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties:
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
- Working on single andamp; three-phase power systems
- Motors and generators (including on/off load testing)
- UPS systems
- Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
- HVAC systems
- Pumps, belts, bearings, mechanical seals
- BMS operation
- Maintaining logbooks and site documentation
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
- City andamp; Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations
- Minimum 3 yearsandrsquo; experience in commercial building maintenance
- Career-driven and motivated individual

Salary and Package:
