Working closely with teachers, youandrsquo;ll help ensure every student achieves their full potential by delivering high-quality classroom support, including leading lessons when needed. You will work with individuals and small groups to enhance learning and build confidence, support students with additional needs by adapting resources, and contribute to creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Additionally, youandrsquo;ll assist with assessment, provide feedback, and help monitor student progress.andnbsp;

- Experienced teaching assistant with HLTA status (or working towards it)andnbsp;
- Confident in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviourandnbsp;
- Patient, enthusiastic, and committed to student successandnbsp;
- A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
