Contracts Manager - Brickwork andamp; Masonry
An established and growing specialist masonry contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join its senior leadership team.
Working with leading main contractors on a range of new build projects, you'll oversee multiple brickwork and masonry packages, lead project teams and play a key role in the continued growth of a successful business with a strong pipeline of work.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Manager with a strong understanding of brickwork and masonry construction who is looking for a long-term career move with genuine progression prospects.
The Role
- Oversee multiple live projects across the Wales andamp; the West
- Manage Site Managers and project delivery teams
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor programme performance and resource requirements
- Support commercial reporting and cost control
- Drive quality standards across all projects
- Identify and manage project risks
- Contribute to operational improvements and future business growth
The Person
- Experience as a Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Manager within the construction sector
- Strong understanding of brickwork and masonry packages
- Proven track record delivering new build construction projects
- Main contractor or specialist subcontractor background considered
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Full UK driving licence
