This permanent Construction Manager role is based in Oxfordshire on a prestigious project due to run for the next two years. Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager or Construction Manager with a proven track record of delivering high-end residential projects to exceptional standards. You will manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works progress safely, efficiently and in line with the programme, and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site teams. Maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, with particular attention to detail and finishes, is central to the role, alongside monitoring progress, resolving site issues and reporting against key milestones. You will liaise with the project team, consultants and client representatives, and oversee site health and safety, quality inspections and snagging through to handover.

Salary: £65,00080,000 + Package DOE
We are recruiting for a Construction Manager to join a market-leading main contractor specialising in the super prime residential sector. This opportunity is based on a prestigious project in Oxfordshire, due to run for the next two years.

The Role
Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works progress safely, efficiently and in line with the programme.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site teams.
Maintain the highest standards of workmanship, with particular attention to detail and finishes.
Monitor progress, resolve site issues and report against key milestones.
Liaise with the project team, consultants and client representatives.
Oversee site health and safety, quality inspections and snagging through to handover.
Requirements
A minimum of three years' experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager.
Experience within the high-end or super prime residential sector is essential.
Valid SSSTS or SMSTS.
A relevant construction qualification.
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
The ability to manage demanding specifications and deliver exceptional quality.
