My client requires an experiencedandnbsp;Construction Manager with an Electrical Biasandnbsp;for a long term role based near to Ipswich, Suffolk.
Outside IR35 + Weekly Payments + 2andnbsp;yearandnbsp;duration
My client has delivered a wide range ofandnbsp;Mandamp;E projects over the last 15 + years working with Tier 1 clients in a number of sectors, and due to continued growth requires an experienced Construction Manager to join their business.
The position will require you toandnbsp;assist the Project Manager and the management of the sub contractors delivering MEP packages of work.
This is a long term contract role and would suit someone who has extensive experience covering the following:andnbsp;
- Reporting into the Senior Project Managerandnbsp;
- Forming close links with the clientandrsquo;s representatives and their teams at a senior level.
- Attending site meetings, liaising with clients and subcontractors
- Promote a positive health and safety culture across the project andamp; workforce
- Managing any changes that occur throughout the project
- Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A strong understanding of Mandamp;Eandnbsp;Installations
- Good computer skills, with a knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications, such as MS word, Excel, Outlook, and general software navigation.
The project is scheduledandnbsp;to last 2andnbsp;years and the daily shift payments are between andpound;450andnbsp;a shift, outside of IR35.
