We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager / Commercial Director to take full responsibility for the commercial performance of an established division with an annual turnover of approximately andpound;40 million.
This is a senior leadership position, managing a team of 5 Quantity Surveyors, with responsibility for commercial strategy, financial performance, profitability and risk management across the division.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 5 Quantity Surveyors.

Oversee the commercial performance of a andpound;40m turnover division.

Drive profitability, cost control and commercial efficiency.

Manage commercial reporting, forecasting, budgets and cash flow.

Oversee contractual matters, commercial risks and dispute resolution.

Work closely with senior management to achieve divisional financial targets.

Provide commercial leadership, guidance and development to the QS team.
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in a senior commercial management role within construction.

Essential: Previous responsibility for the commercial performance of a division, department or substantial portfolio of projects.

Demonstrable experience managing and developing a team of Quantity Surveyors.

Strong commercial, contractual and financial management expertise.

Experience overseeing significant annual turnover, ideally andpound;30mandndash;andpound;50m+.

Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
Salary andamp; Benefits

Base Salary: andpound;100,000+ depending on experience.
