Weandrsquo;re currently recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operation at a single site just outside Leeds.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader who wants to step into a role with real responsibility, a stable working pattern and no travelling between multiple contracts.
You'll be responsible for leading a small, established team of four cleaners, maintaining high standards and working closely with the client to ensure the site consistently meets expectations.

As Cleaning Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the cleaning operation, ensuring your team has everything they need to deliver consistently high standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising the daily cleaning operation across the site
Leading, motivating and supporting a team of 4 cleaners
Ensuring all areas are maintained to a consistently high standard
Carrying out regular quality checks, inspections and audits
Managing rotas, holidays and staff cover
Training new starters and supporting team development
Monitoring cleaning standards and addressing any issues quickly
Managing stock levels and ordering cleaning consumables
Ensuring Health andamp; Safety procedures are followed
Building a positive relationship with the client and responding to operational requirements
Taking ownership of the overall presentation and cleaning standards across the site
4 days on / 4 days off
6:00am andndash; 6:00pm

About YouWe're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is confident leading a small team.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Cleaning Team Leader or similar
Experience managing or supervising cleaning teams
Strong people-management and leadership skills
High standards with excellent attention to detail
Good organisational and communication skills
A proactive, hands-on approach
Good understanding of Health andamp; Safety and cleaning best practices
The confidence to take ownership of a site and deal with day-to-day operational issues
