Work Lyf Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Driver on behalf of our client.
This is a varied role involving the collection and delivery of vehicles to customer sites across the UK, as well as supporting operations within the yard during quieter periods. We are seeking a reliable and flexible driver who is happy to get involved in all areas of the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport vehicles to customer and client sites.
- Collect vehicles from various locations and return them to the depot.
- Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure compliance with transport regulations.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and clients.
- Assist with general yard duties when not carrying out driving tasks.
- Support vehicle movements within the yard.
- Ensure all paperwork and delivery documentation is completed accurately.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Excellent driving record and strong road safety awareness.
- Flexible and willing to assist with yard operations as required.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience transporting or collecting vehicles would be advantageous.
