We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Carpenter Multi Tradeandnbsp;who willandnbsp;provide a maintenance serviceandnbsp;on social housing properties in the Exeter area.

Role Details/ Benefits:
- andpound;41,000 van and fuel card
- Temp to perm, 12 weeksandnbsp;
- 25 days holiday bank holidays

Multiskilled Operativeandnbsp;Day to Day:
- All aspects ofandnbsp;maintenance work in properties, mainly carpentry but you will need to be able to do other trades to a good level as well
- Dealing with customers, being polite and professional
- Driving a company van safely and responsibly
- Following a spec to complete works
- Reporting to your Supervisor

Multiskilled Operativeandnbsp;Requirements:
- Good multi-trade experience
- Carpentry qualification or 10 years
- DBS - willandnbsp;be completed prior to start
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
