An established property services contractor is looking for experienced Carpenter Multis to join their team working in and around Winchester. This is a temp to perm opportunity, working on a long-term social housing maintenance contract carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance across occupied and void properties.
The Role:
andbull; Carry out carpentry repairs in occupied and void properties
andbull; Complete first and second fix carpentry works
andbull; Undertake additional multi-trade repairs including basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling and decorating
andbull; Diagnose repair issues and complete work to a high standard
andbull; Respond to reactive maintenance jobs
andbull; Keep tenants informed of work being carried out
andbull; Complete job sheets and records as required
What We're Looking For:
andbull; NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry or equivalent experience
andbull; Experience working within social housing or property maintenance
andbull; Good all-round multi-trade skills
andbull; Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
andbull; Friendly and professional approach
Requirements:
andbull; Full UK Driving Licence
andbull; DBS check
