AA Euro Healthcare is currently recruiting Agency Care Assistants to support a well-established care home in Lancashire.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support with daily living activities.

• Assisting residents with washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.

• Supporting residents with meals, hydration and nutritional needs.

• Promoting residentsandrsquo; dignity, privacy, independence and overall wellbeing.

• Following individual care plans and maintaining accurate care records.

• Supporting residentsandrsquo; emotional and social needs.

• Adhering to safeguarding procedures, infection control policies and health and safety guidelines.

• Working collaboratively with the care home team to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Care Assistant in a care home or similar setting.

• A caring, patient and professional approach.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliability, punctuality and flexibility to work a range of shifts.

• An understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and person-centred care.

• Relevant training certificates are desirable.

• Right to work in the UK and satisfactory pre-employment checks.
