Mon-Fri 8:30am andndash; 5:30pm

The Role:
- Inbound and outbound calls, scheduling tenant visits
- Providing outstanding customer service and answering any queries regarding tenant issues
- Inputting customers details accurately and scheduling time slots for appointments using CRM Systems
- Hitting daily, weekly KPIand#39;s, dealing with high volume of calls Dailyandnbsp;
To be successful within this role you will need to:
- Good literacy skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work in a High Paced Environment
