My clients are a well respected main contractor who are about to start work on a large commercial project in Bristol.- They are looking to recruit an experienced Building Services Manager to join the site team.
Working on one of the most iconic buildings in Bristol you will-you will take responsibility for the successful coordination and delivery of the Mandamp;E services package, working closely with the project management, design and site teams.
The project is due to start in January 2027 with a completion date of last quarter 2028.- Rates of pay are negotiable.
