The Role
- Deliver BMS projects from initial kick-off through to commissioning and handover.
- Manage project plans, budgets, resources, and risk registers.
- Lead engineers, subcontractors, and site teams across London-based projects.
- Act as the key client contact, ensuring communication and delivery are aligned.
- Oversee quality, safety, and technical compliance across all works.
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For
- Proven Project Manager experience, or a Senior BMS Engineer ready to step up.
- Strong technical background with platforms such as Trend, Tridium, or Siemens.
- Ability to interpret Mandamp;E drawings, specifications, and control narratives.
- Track record delivering projects up to andpound;500k within commercial/industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial awareness.
