Are you a house building Assistant Site Manager interested in joining a leading residential developer on a brand new volume house building site in Staffordshire?
There is an exciting new job opportunity to join a leading house builder to help assist with the management of a brand new site consisting of 2 to 4 bed high quality homes. Working closely with a highly experienced Site Manager, you will assist in the daily operations of a busy residential development, overseeing and managing subcontractors, health andamp; safety andamp; ensuring high standards of build quality and adhering to build programme deadlines.
Experience / Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience working as a Assistant / Finishing Foreman or Site Supervisor on new build housing developments
- Ability to motivate the team and subcontractors
- Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
- Valid SSSTS , CSCS and First Aid certificate
This is a growing region with an impressive pipeline of new sites andamp; excellent routes to step in to Site Management in the next 12 - 24 months.
Salary andamp; Package on offer:
- Base -45,000 to -50,000
- -4,500 car allowance
