The Opportunity
We are working with a reputable and growing contractor, who are now seeking a keen and knowledgeable Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
The successful candidate will assist the commercial team with a wide variety of tasks with the scope to grow into a position to manage their own projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Assistant QS looking to work on meaningful projects with long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the commercial team with a variety of tasks such as payments and small orders
- Risk and value management
- Liaison with project managers, site teams, clients, and consultants
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in line with contract requirements
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- 2 or more years post graduate experience
- Degree to a minimum grading of 2:1
- Experience working for a main contractor
