Iandrsquo;m currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile AC Engineer to join an established business servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems across a portfolio of high-end residential developments, luxury apartment blocks, commercial properties and managed estates.
The Role
Youandrsquo;ll be responsible for:

Planned preventative maintenance and servicing of AC systems

Reactive maintenance and fault finding

Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs

Completing remedial works and small installations

Identifying system issues and recommending improvements

Completing service reports and job sheets
-
Liaising with clients, residents, concierge teams and estate managers
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For
-
Strong experience in commercial air conditioning
-
Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Experience with AC servicing, maintenance and repairs
-
Relevant F-Gas qualification
-
Full UK driving licence
-
A professional, customer-focused approach
