We are currently looking for a confident and computer-savvy Administrator to join a small office team in the Leicestershire countryside.
Working for a company that provides maintenance services, you will play a key role in keeping systems, schedules and day-to-day operations running smoothly, as well as providing support with payroll procedures when required.
This is a varied admin role where youandrsquo;ll be working closely with the management and field-based teams, so weandrsquo;re looking for someone who is organised, happy to get stuck in and able to juggle different tasks.
Please note: This is a very remote site, so you will need your own reliable transport to get to and from the office each day.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with customers and suppliers via email and telephone
- Supporting the field-based team by coordinating schedules, booking accommodation, ordering supplies etc.
- Using a range of systems daily, including Microsoft packages and Xero
- Handling invoices and assisting with related admin
- Carrying out general admin and data entry to support the management and payroll teams
- Helping out with other tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly
What do I need to be considered?
- Youandrsquo;ll be a confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to build good relationships with customers and suppliers
- Youandrsquo;ll be computer literate, have a good knowledge of Excel and be comfortable learning new systems (experience with Xero beneficial but not essential)
- Youandrsquo;ll have your own reliable transport due to the site location
- Youandrsquo;ll be happy to muck in and support other team members when needed
What do you get in return?
- Full training on the role provided
- An immediate starting role
- Mondayandndash;Friday working hours, with a good work-life balance
- A temporary role initially, with the potential for something more secure for the right person
- The chance to work within a small, friendly, close-knit team
- Additional benefits if the role becomes permanent, including an annual bonus
If you feel this could be the ideal role for you and youandrsquo;re looking for a full-time Administrator position with an immediate start, weandrsquo;d love to hear from you!
Just apply with your CV and weandrsquo;ll be in touch.
